Vengo de espresso y V60. La facilidad de usar el AeroPress, es algo notable y espectacular. Sobretodo porque saca una taza deliciosa de café. Más fuerte que un V60, pero con menos intensidad de un espresso (esto ya dependerá de las recetas que uses).

El amplio repertorio de recetas para este método hace que puedas estar jugando y sacando distintas tazas, al final para que no sientas “monotonía” con siempre tomar lo mismo (si eso llega a ser un factor para ti). Pero también siempre sacando tazas constantes y ricas usando tu receta preferida.
100% debe estar en todo hogar que tome café.

Já fiz Moka, French Press , V60 e...AeroPress!!!

Actualmente 80% do meu café é feito na AeroPress - Original ou XL - e 20% na V60.

O que de melhor tem a AeroPress é a sua facilidade de uso, a rapidez e os excelentes resultados que se obtém.

No fundo o método não é muito diferente da French Press, mas mais simples, mais rápido, e com um café final mais "límpido", sem resíduos.

Podemos na mesma alterar o perfil do café, de acordo com o nosso gosto - mais ou menos ácido, mais ou menos " doce " e neutro - bastando para isso jogar com a moagem , temperaturas e tempo, durante a extracção.

Com a AeroPress todo este processo é muito rápido, bastando 5 minutos desde a moagem do café na hora, até à lavagem e secagem da AeroPress ( só com água ).

No fundo diria que esta é sem dúvida a forma mais rápida e " segura " de extrair um bom café.

Altamente recomendado , para todos os amantes de bom café. Experimentem. Não se vão arrepender.

Firstly, I wanted to address several peoples comments about the tightness of the rubber seal being hard to put in and out of the main cylinder. This loosens up from usage, mine is now perfect. Nothing to worry about at all.

I came from a Aeropress 'GO' where I was making large brews via a concentrate, initially I could not get the XL to make brews as balanced as my GO. Eventually I found the formula that clicked for me, it was after reading someone's comments on reddit that the extra water keeps the slurry hotter for longer. I found that by going coarser AND leaving the cap off until the end (to let the steam off) I can get brews as good as my GO, but with the now easier sizing options. Super pleased, such a good product. For anyone not getting the same results as their standard or GO, stick with it, it really can make coffee as good as the other models.
