This is a brilliant kettle, I really like the temperature display and controls that allow you to stop at any point heating water - this is really useful if you are activating yeast for baking or don't want to scorch an instant coffee. The beeping when it reaches temperature is a little offputting, but necessary if you are heating to below boiling where you can't hear the process stop.

We bought this product to replace an old kettle and could not be happier with this choice. Good quality and delivers what it promises. The option to choose different temperature levels is fantastic and also the double wall construction helps keeping the water warm for longer and save energy.

There are potentially 2 main issues with this product:

1. People have been reporting that the lid feels flimsy and I agree - it feels like the lids on the cheap water kettles and it seems like it will break within a short time. However, I have been using the kettle for several months now and the lid still works normally. So, the feel is not great but it doesn't break.

2. It is a very tall kettle and I thought that it would not fit under the faucet, when I go to fill it up with water. However, in practice, I found that this is not a problem. I never need to fill it all the way to the top, and so I always hold it at an angle when I refill it and that works just fine. So, the height will only become an issue if you already have dishes in the sink and you also want to fill the kettle to the top.

I do wish that the lid opened even more, so it would be easier to fill.

Other than that, as the product description says, the sides can be touched without burning your hand. It looks good. There are various temperature settings. It works as advertised.

Oh I forgot one more issue: every now and then, it will almost reach the target temperature, but then it will just stop. I can hear that the water is no longer being boiled, but it also doesn't beep to indicate that it is done. It just sort of sits there in limbo for a while and you are not sure if it's broken or not. Usually, it will eventually beep that it is ready.

Overall, I am quite happy with the product. It is maybe a little expensive for what it does and they should do something about that lid.

Hele fijne waterkoker. Wij willen graag vaak water hebben wat op een lagere temperatuur is dan kokend, deze waterkoker kan je op verschillende temperaturen eenvoudig instellen en geeft een piep als hij klaar is. Je ziet de temperatuur omhoog gaan op de buitenkant, dat is ook fijn als je wat ongeduldig bent. Enige minpunt is dat je niet kan aflezen hoeveel water er in de koker zit. We hebben hem nu al een tijd in gebruik en er geen problemen mee gehad. De kalkaanslag is ook minimaal.

Best in class for kitchen boilers! Most of tap water today is drinkable. Thus to boil it to 100C everytime with standard kettles means waste of electricty. This help safe unnecessary boiling times. Easy LED indicators and 2 separate buttons for temperature selections make heating quick and easy. It is especially handy for specific coffee or tea brews for the 70C or 80C boil. Topper!!

I bought the kettle to substitute my old one. I liked that the temperature of the water is visible on it. The new kettle was just a month in use (not very intense usage), and now it doesn't work anymore at all. It doesn't respond to the buttons at all. I couldn't switch it on.

Très beau mais surtout très pratique ! Moi qui ne suis pas patiente le fais d’avoir un minuteur est vraiment cool ça évite d’attendre bêtement devant. Il y a des programmes pour tous les goûts (plus grillés ou moins grillés). Très bon produit je recommande.
