I’ve been using Olaplex 3 for a couple of months now and I can definitely see the difference in my hair. I have really fine natural blonde hair that is prone to damage despite not using and hair dye or heat. Since using Olaplex 3 my hair has been looking much healthier and smoother, and my hair has been breaking less often, allowing it to grow much better.

I mean, I am trying to get more healthy hair and I am buying these occasionally in hope that it will make my hair healthier.. but I think I need a few months of this.

Al enkele keren gebruikt maar nog geen groter verschil gezien dan met een gewone conditioner. Hopelijk na langdurig gebruik wel!

I don't write reviews often, but this product was so far past my wildest expectations that I feel absolutely compelled to let others know.

I'll try to keep this straight to the point - my hair was absolutely destroyed. Years of product, dye, tying back in elastics, sun damage, poor moisturization etc - it was just completely fried. So many strands were dry, broken, and ratty that I could never wear it down so always put it in a sad ponytail that had the thickness of my little brother's 90's rat tail.

To my horror, I was sure the only option left was to cut it all off, super short, and start over. It was like straw when I tried to brush it, and every morning I woke up with more broken strands anyway.

A last ditch effort, I posted on Facebook about my troubles with little hope anyone could offer a solution. That's when someone told me about Olaplex. I am not an influencer. No one had requested or paid me for this review. I figured I had nothing to lose, so placed an order. But I am telling you right now that Olaplex No. 3 Hair Perfector is nothing short of magic in a bottle.

It can't magically regrow hair, but what is still attached to your scalp will be transformed in a way that you honestly won't believe. I had little expectation that it would work after countless hundreds of dollars spent on products that promised the world and delivered nothing. I put it on on a Sunday night and left it for about an hour, and after I rinsed it out and washed and conditioned my hair, I really couldn't believe it. My husband could tell you that I actually teared up once I brushed my hair. So much self-confidence for women comes from our hair, and it was like someone gave mine back its teenage vitality. The difference is such that it almost appeared I was wearing a wig. All the breakage and flyaways gone, smoothed back into a blend of the rest of my hair. Shine, volume, softness - it still blows me away. One application repaired decades of damage since I was young. It so far exceeded my expectations that i immediately bought the Olaplex shampoo and conditioner.

Finally, I wasn't mortified to get into a stylist's chair and have my hair cut. For the first time in the 4 years I've worked at my current job, I was able to wear my hair down, and I've done it every day since. I rarely spend much on myself (makeup from Shoppers, clothes from Shein, off-brand everything if I need to buy it), but I would pay double what this costs because it is that worth it. If you think your hair is gone past the point of no return, I urge you to give this product a shot before chopping it all off. In the grand scheme of life's expenses, I can't believe that $40 gave me back my hair, my confidence, and my smile.

Puedes utilizar todas las mascarillas reconstructoras y tratamientos con keratina que quieras, esto es un producto totalmente diferente y funciona de verdad. Además, no hace falta ningún otro producto de la serie Olaplex para conseguir unos resultados perfectos. Olaplex Nº3 te deja el pelo increíblemente suave y los resultados son apreciables desde la primera aplicación.

Hoy en día no tengo el pelo tan estropeado como cuando me decoloraba el pelo constantemente, pero es el tercer bote que compro, ya que nada que haya probado consigue los resultados de este tratamiento. Hace unos años lo utilicé para reparar mi pelo decolorado que estaba en el punto de deshacerse y caerse a mechones, conseguí que el pelo recobrase su estructura y evité un corte drástico (aunque sí que tuve que cortarme las puntas igualmente). Esta vez lo he utilizado para reparar el daño de un uso excesivo del secador y planchas (lo estaba utilizando todos los días en vez de cada 3-4 días y, además, sin protección de calor). Ahora mi pelo vuelve a estar suave y brillante.

Cómo utilizarlo si no quieres comprar más productos Olaplex:
-Lávate el pelo con un champú que te quite bien los residuos de productos.
-Escurre el pelo con tus manos o una toalla.
-Échate el Olaplex nº3 donde tu pelo se sienta estropeado (yo acabo echándomelo en prácticamente todo el pelo menos en las raíces).
-Desenreda y extiende bien el producto con ayuda de un cepillo (una vez extendido, si consideras que te hace falta echar más en algún punto, adelante).
-Ponte un gorro de ducha y sigue con tu rutina de aseo habitual.
-Una vez pasados unos 10 minutos, aclara tu pelo (puedes dejarlo más tiempo si tienes el pelo muy estropeado, pero no suele hacer falta)
-Lávalo bien con un champú bueno para quitar los restos del producto (creéme, lo he intentado usar como acondicionador y te deja el pelo fatal, además de no funcionar en el pelo seco).
-Para terminar, usa una mascarilla muy hidratante (conseguirás mejores resultados si es de alguna marca profesional, como Redken o Tigi).

Si quieres evitar seguir estropeando tu pelo, evita las decoloraciones caseras, utiliza champús y acondicionadores profesionales para que el pelo te dure más tiempo limpio, usa un acondicionador sin aclarado, usa un protector de calor si usas secador o planchas y, una vez seco, termina con un aceite para el pelo para proteger las puntas. Los esprais de brillo y demás productos cosméticos son unos sacacuartos que lo único que hacen es ocultar el daño de tu pelo, así que olvídate. Si todo esto te parece excesivo: champú, acondicionador y aceite para cabello.
