5-5-2024 Update
Vandaag bij bbq gebruikt en geen last van storing. Prima dus

Eerdere waardering april 2024
Ondanks de mail, waarin aangegeven wordt dat er storingsmogelijkheden kunnen zijn, heb ik nadat het geleverd was toch het apparaat gebruikt.
Dit was geen doen! Om de minuut verbinding verbroken wat een zoekpiep geeft.
Ik ga ervanuit dat de leverancier zich aan zijn woord houdt en zoals in zijn mail direct na aanschaf een nieuwe levert.
Vandaar de beoordeling met 2-3 sterren van de 5.

De thermometer is zeer makkelijk in gebruik, geen gebruiksaanwijzing nodig gehad voor het gebruik. Maakt snel contact met Bluetooth. Net nieuw, dus pas 1x gebruikt, maar so far so good. Geen gedoe met draadjes.

This is the first wireless meat thermometer I've purchased. I've previously only used the pen style thermometers that you have to stick in the meat and read it directly from the pen. It's a great thermometer, but when you're cooking steaks, the oil will bubble and pop and burn you. These thermometer probes, you stick them in the meat and can leave them there. As long as you have the base, you'll be able to get a reading. The biggest selling point in my opinion is the accompanying app. You could leave the base in the kitchen and walk around your house and when your meat is done, it will start beeping your phone. Used it to make salmon last night and was able to cook it to perfection. In the app you can select the type of meat you're making and it'll automatically select the right temperature, so there's no guesswork as to what the right temperature should be.

Eccellente termometro da carne wireless, che può essere usato sia all'esterno (Barbeque) sia in forno normale.
La particolarità è la connessione Bluetooth delle sonde (due in dotazione, tra l'altro) con la base, dove è presente un display che visualizza la temperatura.
La base, collegabile con cavo USB a un alimentatore, si ricarica e ricarica le due sonde.
E' anche possibile installare un'app su cellulare per monitorare la temperatura.
Il funzionamento è semplice e efficace, molto simile ad altri prodotti di marche anche più note.
E' possibile settare una soglia con allarme per il raggiungimento di una specifica temperatura.

Durata batteria ottima.
In sintesi, un prodotto molto valido: forse un po' caro, ma la qualità percepita è buona. Promosso!

Ich war angenehm überreascht über die Qualität des Produkts. in wenigen Sekunden einsatzbereit, schnelle und einfache Verbindung zum Handy über Bluetooth möglich. App geht für Android und Apple. Die sensoren sind hochwertig aus Edelstahl und sehr stabil. Die Basisstation dient auch als Ladestation und auch als Anzeige. Die sensoren arbeiten auch ohne Handy und App. Im Vergleich zu einem anderen Markenprodukt was mit kaputt gegangen ist machen diese hier einen besseren EIndruck. Mit der App hat man dann noch die möglichkeit sich Alarme ein zu stellen und das ganze über Zeit grafisch dar zu stellen. Ist ne schöne spielerrei, nice to have. Aber mit der Grundlegenden Funktion bin ich sehr zufrieden, ich würe es mir wieder kaufen und kann es weiterempfehlen. Ich nutze es zum Grillen, beim Braten im Ofen und auch im Steakofen läuft das Teil super.

My husband is currently obsessed with grilling, and I thought I would get him this and hope that it helped him out. The shipping was lighting fast, and he was able to use the thermometer immediately. The Bluetooth is very convenient and the app that you use with it was easy to download and use. He cooked a brisket for Memorial Day and the batteries lasted great during the nine-hour cook. The only complaint he had was that he wished the range was longer because 12-20ft sounds like a good range until you walk away. There were several times that he lost connectivity due to this fact, which was a little frustrating.

Overall, I would say it’s worth it as far as price point because you can’t put a price on convenience. My husband is happy and so am I.

E' un termometro con due sensori molto comodo, completamente wireless, per forni e grill.
I sensori wireless si ricaricano stando dentro la centralina, senza cavi. La stessa centralina funziona con batterie ricaricabili - in pratica non avrete mai fili fra i piedi mentre la utilizzate.

I due sensori sono molto spessi .. e affinchè la misurazione sia precisa, la maggior parte del sensore deve stare all'interno della carne.
Il che significa che il suo uso è limitato a pezzi di carne di dimensioni notevoli. Non può essere utilizzato efficacemente su cose come spare ribs, alette di pollo, e anche sulle costate ci andrei cauto a meno che non siano bestie da 4-5 cm di spessore (e comunque lascia un buco molto spesso, il sensore va infilato e lasciato li).

Morale,è molto buono, comodissimo da usare, senza tutti i fili fra le scatole, ma limitato a pezzi di grandi dimensioni (peccato).

Se lo prendete per questo scopo (arrosti, polli interi, tacchini, comunque pezzi di carne da 15-20 cm di spessore almeno) è fantastico e rimarrete molto soddisfatti. Se pensate di usarlo per le spare ribs o bistecchine o simili, assolutamente no.
