Doesn't even come close to my high expectations
Not what I expected after reading raving reviews:Ok, the noise cancellation is excellent, but if you wear spectacles , and even if you don't: the fit is too tight, your ears get hot from the foam. With glasses, it even gets painful to wear the headset, there's no “OFF” switch, and the volume on Bluetooth connected to a standard TV is not loud enough. Only on Apple TV, iPhone, and apps on the standard television are loud enough. Furthermore, the price is about 35 to 40% to high in comparison to other brands with almost all features and quality of materials as Apple’s. There’s no charger or cable with lightning to a small jack included: you know when buying Apple you always pay for the design as well, but this is the first time I feel ripped off. I wish I was able to return this item: alas: I'm handicapped so can't deliver it to a return center. Maybe I'll get a reasonable price for it when I sell it second-hand here in the Netherlands. Conclusion: the first and biggest disappointment for me buying an Apple product so far.
