Very good router but incompatible with Sonos Beam. A common issue, but the Beam kept disconnecting. After doing some research online the connectivity issues between Sonos and Asus routers actually date back all the way to 2013.

Otherwise it's a great router

Sadly after just 3 months, the LAN ports started acting up. As soon as I plug in more than 1 device it's a roulette on who gets connection and who doesn't. Even firmware updates didn't solve this issue, new cables and everything didn't help.

Don't waste your money on ASUS products, their company ain't what they used to be.

Como indico, es utilizado para poder conectar el quest 2 al ordenador mediante wifi, y funciona perfectamente, no hay apenas delay, es como jugar por cable de lo rapido que va, seria impossible notar la diferencia.

La instalacion es muy sencilla y se hace todo automatico.

El equipo funciona bastante bien y es estable... Más o menos....
Es estable si NO se habilita Aiprotect... Si lo haces, el equipo casca cada dos-tres días y hay que reiniciarlo.
Pensé cambiarlo, e incluso tengo una etiqueta de devolución por parte de Amazon (Asus ni siquiera ha contestado aún el requerimiento de asistencia) pero he visto que esto pasa con muchos routers ax de Asus, de todas las gamas...
Por otra parte, pensé en cambiar a uno superior, un ax92U, por ejemplo. Pero he visto que el firmware de la mayoría de routers ax de Asus tiene un año e incluso más. Sin embargo, el ax55 lo tiene bastante más actualizado. Intuyo que podría tener relación con el hecho que, al parecer, alguna operadora americana lo está entregando como router de operadora.... Al final, he decidido quedármelo y dejar Aiprotect desactivado... Con la parte de DNS ya se puede proteger relativamente el acceso a internet y, de este modo, el router funciona realmente bien.
Otra solución sería programar un reinicio diario del equipo. Lo he hecho durante un par de semanas y también era estable. Pero , como he comentado antes, he decidido dejar desactivado Aiprotect y asumir el riesgo residual de lo que no protejan los DNS que he configurado.
Como siempre, el firmware de Asus es de lo mejor que hay en cuanto a facilidad de configuración, opciones, visualización etc, etc.
En realidad, tengo dos ax55 en aimesh con backhaul en ethernet. Esta parte va perfecta. Es otro de los motivos por los que prefiero no cambiar el principal... Algunos de los cambios más recientes del firmware, que en otros modelos no aparecen, son relativos al Aimesh... Y he visto comentarios de usuarios que tenían problemas con Aimesh con firmwares anteriores (en routers de gama superior al ax55)....

Quizá cuando saque Asus la version 388 del firmware mejore el tema de Aiprotect, quién sabe... De todos modos, por lo que he podido ver, este es un tema recurrente independientemente del modelo de router Asus... Por muchos usuarios, Aiprotect es considerado, directamente, bloatware...

Recomendaría su compra siempre que sepamos dónde nos metemos ;)

Configuracion completa y suficiente para una red domestica, con wifi 6, red de invitados, Firewall, QOS, vpn y herramientas administrativas. Muy buen dispositivo a precio contenido. Le faltaría USB para conexion de discos, impresoras o dispositivos de telefonia, pero ASUS tienen roters con estas caracteristicas, si son necesarias.
