Made in China... AT2515 not what it used to be.

Bought the AT2515 in 2016. Wonderful, sturdy, still working, and made in Germany. Just bought another one as a gift, from Amazon Warehouse. Advertised condition "Used-Like new. Item delivered in original box". Item was packaged in an envelop, no other protective material around it. Original box was so so. Toaster had a dent on the metal and one of the side grills that hold the bread did not work. The whole product did not feel as well made and sturdy as my 2016 toaster. Returned this one immediately to Amazon. A shame that Severin does not meet its high quality standards anymore.

Normale boterhammen passen niet in de broodrooster. Niet diep genoeg hiervoor. Ook schieten kleinere broodjes uit de rooster en landen op het aanrecht of de vloer. De kwaliteit is goed op zichzelf.

The toaster has a nice design, but it wastes a lot of energy (heats both slots even if you only use one) and most important, after a couple of years, right after the warranty period expired, it broke down and I had to throw it away. I can't recommend it.
