I've purchased this hair dryer three times. Initially, it had issues from the start, requiring a return. My second dryer, received in November 2022, stopped working after about 11 months. The third one not only broke within three months but also dangerously overheated and melted. By then, a replacement wasn't an option, as I would have received it around September 2024 (in 7-8 months).When it was operational, I was happy with its performance, especially compared to its competitors in this price range. However, its durability is disappointing and often lasts only a few months. If considering this product, be prepared for potential replacements sooner than expected.
