This device has many plastic parts, which are, likely, to break sooner or later. I would call it as overcomplicated design, instead of durable one!
No any stand is included, but there is some packaging plastic and heavy paper manual inside: there is something for manufacture to improve for sure. I would vote for a small plastic stand, paper-only package and manuals via Internet ;-)
Device operates as expected: not perfect but not bad either.
The cleaning procedure is overcomplicated: there are three official ways to clean, I use my own one anyway.
Before buying a nose/ear trimmer, I checked the comments on this and on many other products. Eventually, I purchased Panasonic ER-GN-30K, based on the positive reviews I found on this product. I must say that it does precisely what is advertised. Most often, one pass of the blade is enough over the hair you want to trim. The device is light-weight, easy to use and easy to clean. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product . I thereby would recommend you to buy this trimmer if you are looking for one.

I have been using multiple nose and ear trimmers for more than a decade; never been fully satisfied with any of them.
Comes this Panasonic nose & ear hair trimmer. It simply blown me away with its shear perfection and a commendable performance.
It's too easy to use; the most comfortable trimmer I've used so far.
The most important part is that, it's super silent: making a minimal noise, hence it's not at all irritating while using it in the ear canal. It's now I feel, an ear hair trimmer should be something like this.
