I am sharing my 2 experience, the first item purchased was worng item ,instead of i5 they send i3 and that too not working. I returned it, then second purchase was from new Jaisa , the current. One. It is totally faulty item. The power switch not working, When you plug the power code the power socket, the cpu start by itself, and there is no display, just hear the smps working. You cannot turn that too off due to power switch in cabinet not working. Informed this time amazon and to replace, but the didn't attend and arranged for technical inspection, and till now no one contacted for inspection, again I contacted amazon, and now they again changed the inspection schedule and ask me to wait for another 2 days. I am a valuable customer of amazon and have more that 6 lakh rs purchase a year, they know that. This is the first time I am trying a refurbished item, and even as a power customer, I had to contact several person nearly 12 cuatomer care persons till now( chat and phone) AND STILL NO SOLUTION, I won't go for a refurbished item any more, even considering moving to flipkart based on amazons support.
