I am an old man and not so tech savvy. And this is my first smart watch. Somehow I just couldn't get the hang of it and reached out to the customer care for help. They called me multiple times to guide me. Perhaps they found some technical issues and picked up the watch for check up. AND THEY DID IT 3 TIMES. Replaced it with a new one. And all the time they kept me posted on each step. Most probably they may have spent much more on the logistics and customer service than the cost of the watch. But I think they give utmost importance to customer satisfaction. I have not come across a more dedicated customer care than Noise.
