    This device and the solution built around it are really good and life saving. I bought this device just because it had this unique feature of sending alerts as WhatsApp messages. Being away from my elderly parents, this was my critical requirement. I had little hiccup in setting up the device as the documenation was insufficient. However, I contacted the support team based on the contact details in the drring.health website. They were very supportive in setting up a dedicated onboarding call via Google meet and helped me register for WhatsApp alert.
    From my experience, these are the steps involved in effectively using this device.
    1. Order the device here in Amazon
    2. Download drring app from playstore (not sure whether this is supported for iOS devices.
    3. Register the device using the unique MAC address of the device (written at the back of the device or on the documentation booklet)
    4. Contact drring.health contact for onboarding call (this may change in near future, once the team rolls out software update for the drring app)
    5. Register the patient profile and configure WhatsApp numbers for alerts

    Off you go.

    There were few observations about the alerts that I had pointed out to the support team and they had fixed it all in no time.

    I'm very much satisfied and would definitely recommend if you would like to save the lives of your loved ones, especially senior citizens, even if you are not near them.
