Editing my review after using the watch now for approx >6 months.
Had bought 2 watches for my kids.
- One of the watches had turned out defective and had to be replaced immediately.
- Since first month of the purchase, one or both of the watches kept giving some trouble or the other, and had to be repaired many times. Eg: Would not charge, Would go dead/switch off etc.
- As of 2 months back, one of them broke down again , this time permanently.
- The other one also had always been working only partially - but now most of the functions have stopped working and it is being used just for basic 2 way calls - the contact list updation, tracking etc do not work anymore.
No response forthcoming from the seller anymore.
Not giving a 1 or 2 star only because the repairing was being done promptly for the first few months (maybe to compensate for the poor quality product being sold).
Please note products were used sparingly and there was also no damage ever during usage - product quality is the major issue here (expected product life is less than 6 months).
