How to connect with two devices simultaneously?

1. After pairing with the first device, turn off the bluetooth on first device, the bluetooth headset will enter pairing mode again.

2. Turn on the bluetooth on the second device, then connect it with the bluetooth headset.

3. Turn on the bluetooth on first device.

4. Turn off the bluetooth headset and turn it on, it will automatically connect with two devices

Tips to help you get a better experience:

1. Our bluetooth headset only work with computers that have Bluetooth function. But you can use a bluetooth dongle if your computer has no Bluetooth function.

2. Poor sound quality and Bluetooth connection occur sometimes when Bluetooth Driver is not updated to the latest version.

3. The buttons on the bluetooth headset only work while using with cellphones. If you need to mute on Skype or other softwares on PC, please mute/unmute through the software you are using.

How to connect with computer?

Step 1: Download a bluetooth driver depends on your computer system and update it to newest version.

Step2: Plug in the Bluetooth dongle, at this point, the gray Bluetooth icon will turn to blue.(Note: If computers have Bluetooth function, you don't need to use Bluetooth dongle)

Step3: Hold and press ” MFB” button for several seconds till the LED light flashes red and green, the headset will enter paring mode.

Step4: Right click on the computer interface, select the “search” equipment, the headset must be in pairing mode ( LED light flashes red and green) , then the computer will search for all nearby Bluetooth devices and find the "G5" signal

    I've been using this headset for a over a month now so here is what I have found. This headset promises a lot of great features and it almost delivers on all of them. Let's start with the positives.

    The description says that the headset can be fully charged in 1.5 hours which is true.

    The charging case has a battery digital meter display (not as bright/noticeable as the description/pictures) and shows battery life which is true.

    The description says comfortable, fits both ears, the ear hook and boom rotate and swivel, lightweight and can be worn for hours. This is all true. I have tried this headset on both ears and have worn it for hours through back to back work meetings and after a little bit of time I forget I'm wearing the headset which is fantastic.

    The description says true wireless with clear sound and stable connection. This is true as well. After months of complaints from coworkers of not being able to hear me in meetings using Apple Airpods and Power Beats Pro, I purchased this headset. I have asked everyone if they can hear me since purchasing this headset and everyone that has ever met with me says they can hear me so much better now. And as far as the stable connection, I move around a lot and the connection is solid as long as I don't move too far away from my laptop.

    The description says easy to use and connect the first time and pairs and connects automatically after that. This is true. Super easy to use. I even have it paired to two different laptops and switch between them all the time. The only caveat is that when switching, you have to manually tell the laptop to connect, but once it's connected the one time, it will auto connect every other time.

    Sadly, there are 2 features I was really looking forward to that is does not deliver on.

    The description says the range is 33 feet. This is not true. If I get 20 feet away it starts to become unstable and by 30 feet disconnects. This is where the Apple Airpods and Powerbeats Pro were better. I could easily be 30 feet away and in different rooms before the the Apple products disconnected. I was really hoping this headset would be similar, but it is not.

    The description says it has a Mute feature controlled by a dedicated button on the headset itself. This is what I was most excited for when I purchased this headset and sadly it does not work. I have tried 50-60 times in various meetings and the mute button only ever worked one time. I pressed the button and it verbally confirmed I was muted or unmuted, but it only ever worked for one meeting. That button does not work and it's very unfortunate.

    Overall this is great headset, but it is not getting 5 stars because of the failed Mute feature and lack of range.

    He probado ya varios auriculares y este me ha gustado bastante por varios motivos, el principal es que el sonido es bastante bueno, se escucha con claridad y te escuchan con claridad también. El que al no utilizarlo lo puedas plegar para guardar también es muy cómodo. Se adapta bastante bien al a oreja y si andas con el e incluso corres se mantiene perfectamente en la oreja. La duración de la batería es bastante buena, a mi me duran sin cargarlo durante bastante tiempo, ya que si no lo utilizo en tiempo prolongado lo apago, pero a pesar de ello sigue durándome bastante la batería. Por el precio que tiene es buena compra. Aparte, el estuche para guardarlo también está bien.

    Very impressed with the quality for the price paid. Easy to set up, connected to my iMac and Samsung mobile straight away, no issues at all.
    Had the headset for just over a week, not had to charge it yet and I use it 5hrs+ every day working from home for conf calls and mobile calls.
    Easy to wear, and must say it's very comfortable with no problems at all even after wearing for a few hours.
    Sound quality is good, although only used it indoors so am not sure how good outside it would be, but can't see any issues as the noise cancellation is very good.
    If your are looking for an affordable headset you won't be dissapointed with this headset.

    Die Bedienung ist super einfach und selbsterklärend, der Sitz am Ohr ist gut, kein drücken auch bei langem Tragen. Der Klag ist für den Träger und dem Teilnehmer angenehm und klar. Starke Nebengeräusche beim Träger sind für den Teilnehmer in geringem Umfang hörbar jedoch im Gespräch nicht störend.
