The dislikes were that some features did not work so well a little here and there. For example, if I were in a certain app and I was selecting something, I selected it on a tap had to do it more than two times to be able to open that tap because it wouldn’t budge. It just be like frozen. Then I would have to head home and start over again., i’d like to pay this phone off and then probably upgrade to something else if possible

Phone came in quick, no scratches nothing wrong with the phone, came unlocked. It is beautiful, totally worth it. Battery at 100. Practically a brand new phone. Transferring over to eSIM was a little hard just because I have straight talk but customer service helped and got everything running perfectly.

Phone is pristine. Would never know it is a refurbished phone. Highly recommend. Had a small issue that was not sellers fault but I had called him and left a message and he returned call to take care of the issue but was already taken care . Was very nice and professional. Thought I’d only get the charger cord but it actually came with the wall plug as well. Phone came 3 days earlier than expected!!! Was a very easy transaction.

Like the title says overall it turned out great but there were a couple of hiccups. The first phone I received was defective. There was an issue with the volume up button I’m guessing getting stuck because the volume on the phone would constantly turn all the way up and just flash 24/7. I reached out to the seller and they admitted it should have been caught during testing and offered either a replacement or a refund. I opted for a replacement as long as they could have it to me by March 16th. I returned the original phone on a Friday and it was delivered by Monday. I received the replacement on Wednesday which was a fantastic turn around time in my opinion. Less than a week. I ran into issues when I was setting up the replacement phone because it was requiring a software update that would just not update. It was a constant cycle of hitting “install now” then the wheels would start spinning and stop and prompt the “install now” again. At this point I was dead in the water because my phone number was already transferred and I couldn’t get past the software update. (And no internet was not the issue) We took the phone to Verizon where they completely wiped it and started from scratch and finally got it working properly! The phone itself is practically brand new. It looks amazing, sound quality is fantastic, no scratches, 100% battery capacity. So after some trials I did finally get an amazing like new working phone!

I forgot to take pictures but there wasn’t a single scratch or ANY cosmetic problems of any kind and most importantly its been almost a week and yes its been running ever so smoothly. Before this I had an 11 pro max and even the sound is louder than that old phone of mine. I got the pink one- too pretty frfr. I thought itd be heavier but its almost the same as my old phone in terms of weight and size. I completely recommend for anyone debating on it.

Received this phone and it was in exceptional shape with 100% battery capability. I was only slightly skeptical based off a few YouTube video reviews but pulled the trigger anyway since my father had received a 14 Pro previously and was happy with his. I was blown away with this one though. It was literally a new phone, it was manufactured September of 2023 and first activated in February of 2024 (happened across this info in the settings at one point), with my purchase and activation being in April 2024. I would imagine that plays a part when making a purchase of a renewed / remanufactured phone, however. Since the 15 series are still relatively new, chances of getting a better phone as compared to a 14 or older is fairly high. I would not change anything on my purchase, and if you are considering getting an older iPhone from the Amazon store, I would suggest getting one from the current generation. Research what model would work best for you and then order that one rather than trying to save money and getting an older model thinking it will simply be cheaper. Features and updates alone make the newer ones worth it, and that’s coming from someone who had an iPhone 4S when they were coming out with the 6, replaced the 4S with a 6 Plus when the 8 was coming out, and just replaced the 8 Plus with the 15 Plus. Food for thought. Newest is not always best, but if you wait and replace your previous iPhone that is multiple generations old, new is a huge step up and I think Amazon renewed is the way to go.
