Excellent 100% Battery Health

Received my new iPhone in record time! No problems activating the phone. Glad I decided to purchase. The phone was very clean and in pristine condition. No detectable scratches on the screen and no scuffs. I am very pleasantly surprised and completely satisfied so far!

Buyer Beware

Wanted to replace a phone my wife lost on a roller coaster. She didn’t want the latest iPhone so we opted for a “premium renewed” phone. I rolled my eyes as I wrote the quote.

This was a regrettable, terrible decision. There were many problems with the phone, but I will describe the two biggest issues. First, the power button didn’t work correctly. It became stuck in the pressed position after being pressed a few times. This lead to a constant cycle of the phone restarting. Once the recycling stopped, she didn’t dare try to lock the phone.

The second issue is the lens cover came off one of the lenses. The phone wasn’t dropped or mishandled. The cover just fell off and it will not stay in place. Just imagine how much water could have made its way into the phone even if the lens cover had not fallen off.

We are returning the phone and just paid a little more for a new phone that will give us peace of mind. When we asked the amusement park about the phone my wife lost, they said we likely would not get it back. I wonder if her lost phone will make its way to this process.

We love Amazon, but we won’t do this again.

I bought this phone refurbished from Amazon. I was super excited when it finally arrived. The display was beautiful, the speed was wonderful, and I couldn’t have been happier. Until I started testing the speakers.
I was so disappointed to find there was extensive static that ruins the speaker. I figured I’d try to return it so they could fix it better. After all, there was an official paper in the package assuring they’d run all the tests and everything was in great shape. Someone just missed something somewhere. It happens.
But the return process was horrendous. I was told someone would stop by at any time of day within the following 3 days. Of course, I couldn’t put my whole life on pause for 3 days to stay home waiting for someone to come by. I inevitably missed the pick up, only to discover there was no way to reschedule. I then had less than 3 days to take it to a UPS drop off location. I live almost an hour from the closest one, and the week I was trying to return it, we were in the middle of a winter storm. So I’m stuck with the phone. Just be aware of that y’all.

Premium but scratched & 90% bettery life

This was my first time buying a renewed phone from Amazon and I searched for the premium bcz of what the description was stating that battery life is higher than 90%, which was exactly no more.. Scratched on the charge input, shutter, volume keys.
What made the experience worse, I returned it the next day immediately and it was received but refunding extended 3 times on the tracking and no guarantee it's not going to be extended again. If Amazon charges immediately as soon as shipped, money should be refunded with the same speed.. My bank isn't gonna wait for interest charge if I didn't receive my refund in time!

First of all, this phone is great. The camera is good and the battery lasts quite long. BUT it came with exactly 90% battery health, the bare minimum for Renewed Premium. Not impressed. THEN after 2 days of use, it decided that it doesn't want to charge anymore and it now doesn't charge and the battery drains even when plugged into wall power. The only reason I give it two stars and not one is because it was an excellent phone while it lasted.

I ordered what was supposed to be a premium iPhone 13 pro with a guaranteed battery life of over 90%. Sadly, the reality fell short – the battery arrived at 88%. Disappointing for a supposedly premium product.

Why claim it exceeds 90% when it don’t.

$600 + is too much to pay for a battery that’s lost 10% of its capacity.

Also there was no SIM pin ejector in the box.

Phone Have Issues

We bought the Renewed Premium version of this phone. Renewed Premium boasts that the phone is to have little if any cosmetic damage. The phone is mostly is great shape except for a scratch on the screen that is visible from from arms length; even with a screen protector. We contacted the support chat option and it eventually became clear that they didn't know how to handle the situation. The said that it is a different department that handles such things and that I'd receive an email from this other department. I never received an email and I feel that it was just something that they made up because they didn't know what to do.

With a "renewed premium" label I was expecting an overall better phone. The screen of the phone has one small but deep scratch and a couple light scratches. Camera lenses were dusty and dirty upon arrival, but seem fine after cleaning them. Phone arrive with a lightning cable and a wall charger that does not work. Battery arrived at 91% maximum capacity, which is above the 90% they promise.

Not working. Update won’t work

I got this phone but when I try set it up, it’s making me do the latest iOS update.
Since this is an unlocked phone, I assumed it would have came with the latest update. I cannot get strong enough internet to update it as I work at sea on a cruise ship and all the stops we go to, I get off for a few hours for wifi and still it won’t install the update.
I am extremely disappointed by this as i was so excited for the phone, now I have nothing.
