3.0 out of 5 starsGreat looking case; construction interferes with use

First, this is a great looking case for the iPhone 13 (and is available for others). The combination of materials and construction looks smart and expensive. Unlisted in the product description is that an east=y-to-install glass screen protector is included. It fit my phone securely.
Here is what I ran into: The volume up/down buttons on the left of the phone required a firm push, but seemed to work properely, even though I couldn't feel the "click" of each button-push. But either the construction of the button area, the way it fit or something made it almost impossible to push the power on/off button. I could *make* it work, but I never felt the button click, and I had to push so hard that you could see that it was deforming something on that side of the phone, because I could see the screen protector deflect and lift off the screen. It settled back down, but I didn't like that interference with normal use. I asked a question of the seller and the community, and Amazon's AI indicated that others had reported this issue. In their defense, the seller offered a replacement, but I didn't feel that this was a defective item, I felt that this was a design/construction flaw. As a result, I returned it and replaced it with a competitor's case. I would give it 5 stars for appearance and value, but 2 stars for function.
