1.0 out of 5 starsNot enough information given, terrible seller

The phone itself works fine, no damage. Problem is, I received a GSM model, and not a CDMA model, so I can't use this with Verizon, which basically makes it useless.
Update: I've spent the last three days trying to get this phone to work, I've called Straight Talk 10 times and spoke with 8 different Agents about it, and even had to speak with an Amazon Agent about it. The phone I received will NOT connect to any network, Verizon SIM card, AT&T SIM card (Straight Talk) and T-Mobile SIM cards (Straight Talk) registered nothing when inserted. The phone does NOT connect to any network. Amazon is issuing a replacement. Though, I wanted a refund, if this new one doesn't work, I WILL GET MY $653 BACK
Final Update: This seller has wasted an entire month of my time, the phone took a week to get to me even with Amazon Prime, it didn't work at all and had to be sent back, they received it on a weekend and refused to process the return and replacement over the weekend because they were closed, it took them three days to process the replacement, only to tell me they no longer have any of the color I want in stock, and now issuing a refund is going to take another week. So now, I'm literally phoneless and have to go out of state for an entire month because I had a trip planned and I have no way to contact anyone, thanks for wasting my f*****g time, seller. Never in my over ten years of ordering from Amazon have I had such a terrible experience.
