I was having issues with my laptop computers losing my wifi connection randomly throughout the day and night, requiring me to sign off and sign back on in order to reestablish the internet connection. I thought the problem might be with my router, so I purchased an eero Pro 6E. I found the new eero router was extremely easy to set up, and the app was very easy to use, so I was initially happy with the new router. However, it did not help with my wifi issues, and the wifi signal was generally weaker than the signal I got with my old router. Also, I have two Samsung TVs that come with free Samsung internet channels. With the new eero, I could get the internet channels on the TV that was in the same room as the eero, but in the next room I could not receive the internet channels. I decided to purchase an eero extension device thinking maybe the issue was a weak internet signal from my eero Pro 6E, Unfortunately, this did not help either my issue with my laptops dropping the wifi internet signal or my Samsung internet channel issue. I reinstalled my old router, and the Samsung internet channel issue was fixed. I decided to return both the eero Pro 6E and the entension device as they did not improve my wifi internet problem, and they caused a new issue with not being able to get Samsung internet channels on one of my TVs.
