The watch came with some tiny little scratch marks around the case and a scratch on the glass on the bottom right corner but the battery life health was 100%. I got what I asked for and for the price I’m satisfied

The Apple watch came in beautiful condition. Extremely clean with no scratches whatsoever. The watch band looks like it's never been worn. The problem started when the watch required an update. I fully charge the watch before the update started and once the update was finished the watch try to restart but then the screen went black. I was unable to get the watch to turn back on. I went to my local Apple Store and they told me that the watch face was a aftermarket face and not an original Apple product. I think the young man can be mistaken because in the description and statement on this particular watch it says all original parts are Apple. So since the watch is not able to start up and perform as desired I am having to return it. I spent over an hour and a half at the Apple Store the first hour was just waiting for a technician to look at my watch. A little disappointed with the process to say the least.

I ordered the excellent conditions. I received it 2 days earlier on Free Shipping. When I received the Apple Watch yesterday it did come in a different box but I knew that from the reviews. It didn’t had any scratches, screen looks good, band looks unused. Don’t expect to get the box of the charger. It did came without charge. I had to wait around 30 minutes to turn on (it was very hot while charging). The set up was smoothly. I had not yet used the Apple Watch since I received it yesterday so I would expect to be on at least. But that wasn’t the case, this morning it didn’t want to turn on. I put it to charge had to wait 15 minutes and when it turned on it was 35% of charge. I am guessing that it dies when the battery is around 25-30% . I check the life of battery and is 75% when in the description it says at least 80%. I wouldn’t have mind if it had scratches but the battery don’t last. I took off the charger at 11:10 am with 100% and now is 11:24 am and it’s on 94%. It looks good and everything works fine. But if you are a person who don’t carry chargers or will be out for more than an hour outside your home reconsider ordering this Apple Watch.

The watch is great however, I was sent the wrong watch. The label on the packaging matched the item in the description however it was a different color than I wanted.

I purchased the silver aluminum watch with white sports band. In the box I was sent had a black band and a black (aluminum ?) watch.

I wanted to return it, but Amazon kept giving me the run around staying the right item was given. Which makes sense because the barcode/ label was correct on the packaging however the wrong item was inside.

I ended up just settling with my black watch and black band.

It's a great watch. I do have issues with sleep tracking but that also COULD be user error. Whenever I spoke to Apple Support, they explain the steps to ensure the watch sleep tracks, but then two days later my sleep won't be tracked so I don't know!

Let me start by saying, I am well aware this device that I had recently purchased is refurbished. Meaning not new and used.
However, the product description of this device stated that it was in excellent condition. And when I recieved it today, it does not look like it is "excellent condition - like new". See the attached photos for reference. Very disappointed in the quality and the description was way off. I fear sending it back will result in another defect in another product.

IPhone 8 does no longer work

The watch seems fine and fortunately I ordered a IPhone 12 however I have a IPhone 8 and there’s no where in the description that says only XS and above. I had a Apple Watch 3 years ago but it got stolen and at the time it worked flawlessly. Now IPhone won’t update the older phones to use the Apple Watches and that’s the part that’s ridiculous because they could just as easily updated the older phones to use the Apple Watch again

Watch looks almost brand new. For the price it looks GREAT! Only down side is the battery only lasts about 2 hours so will need to pay for a new battery. A little disappointed with that but as far as cosmetics the watch is good.

Although the watch looks fine, the display has a flaw that looks like an entire line of pixels missing along the bottom. Almost looks love a scratch, but it is electronic, not physical.

I checked the battery health when receiving. Then I read the fine print in the minimum specs of the used product. Product technically met the specs (at least 80% battery health). The one I received had exactly 80%. My issue was it wouldn’t last an entire day on a single charge.
