3.0 out of 5 starsThe Rear Panel is a Partial, not a Full, Panel as Depicted in the 360 Degree View

While the Weber grill works fine, and was easy to assemble, I am unhappy that the 360 degree view on the website showed a grill with a full rear panel (which covers up the LP tank and the inside of the grill's cabinet entirely). The grill's having a full rear panel was a primary consideration for me when I ordered it, because less expensive grills have only partial rear panels. When the Weber grill arrived, however, it only had a partial, short, rear panel which, in my opinion, could, allow for critters to enter into the cabinet from the rear and access the grease pan (which may become messy or destructive to the grill). When I contacted Weber about this, all they did was inform me that the grill design had been updated with a shorter rear panel, and suggested that I cover the grill with a grill cover (which I'm not so sure would work if a critter were sufficiently motivated to get to the grease pan). I even offered to pay for a full rear panel (presumably, as replacement part for the older version of the grill), to no avail. I think that, at the very least, they should have offered to provide me with some form of compensation (e.g., a partial refund or a free set of accessories) for not getting what I thought I had ordered.
