Good fit and protection
This is a slick-feeling case that feels okay in the hand. It's not super soft, but it does the job. The volume buttons have great feel. You can easily adjust the volume without looking at the phone. My only slight complaint is that this case just barely protects the main camera (which protrudes quite a bit). The camera is protected, but it's very close. Overall, not a bad case at all.

I've tried 3 cases and this is my favorite so far. It's more hard than soft. It's slick, but still grippy. I tried 2 soft cases and they were too thick, and too slippery (causing me to drop/throw it once by accident). The phone is already a bit too thick for my liking, so I don't want a thick case adding even more thickness. This case offers a good balance between protection and thinness. The raised protection for the main camera is only about 1mm higher than the actual camera, which is plenty good enough for me. If the phone is sitting on a flat surface there's no way the camera is going to get touched.

The phone is great and I'm very happy with it.

The seller, I've had several issues with, but we resolved promptly by them.

Issue 1: I ordered faster shipping from seller in hopes I would get the phone before a trip. I did not get it in time. The seller sent an apology email but I had to reach back to them to get refunded my extra shipping payment.

Issue 2: Communication with the seller was poor prior to my issue with shipping. I could not reach them until the issue arose.

With these issues aside, the listing is fully accurate. I recieved a brand new zenphone 9, sealed in box and everything works with the phone as expected.
