To make matters worse, the customer support experience was unsatisfactory. When I reached out for assistance with my connectivity issues, I was met with unhelpful responses and a lack of meaningful solutions.

Overall, I regret purchasing the Amazon eero 6 dual-band mesh Wi-Fi 6 extender. It has failed to deliver on its promises of improved connectivity, speed, and range, and the frustration it has caused far outweighs any potential benefits. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable Wi-Fi solution.
