I had no issues with the product until the first time the battery died and then when I tried to charge it, the battery wouldn’t hold a charge or work without being attached to the charger. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded and were able to send me a new product since it was still under warranty. Would recommend this brand for great customer service and a good product.
