It arrives with a dead battery on n the remote so I just messaged Amazon and they paid for a 5 pack of batteries they came he next day and now I absolutely love it! It also blows harder then the other brands only downfall is other brands have usb chargers or the outlet to plug in stuff or a light but I didn’t need that I got the stronger blower and the remote and they work amazing!
