I had hope for this printer but at the end of the day 300+ for printing b&w with just ok quality didn't cut it for me.
The serious kicker that made me absolutely despise this printer is the paper tray. Worst design I've ever seen. Comes apart in 3 pieces that are wobbly connected on the bottom. I am using wire shelv8ng so the pieces kept not setting properly to align & the the lid needs to align JUST SO for it to work and it takes about 12 tries and then you're so frustrated you want to beat it with the tray cover and submit a return request at the idea of doing that every single time. Set up also had issues and took longer than expected. The replacement I got came today and set up no problem in 5 minutes, it scans, is fast & super quiet, great quality and way cheaper AND small!! I got the HP Laserjet M29w and reccomend you get that instead of this. The flat top and small design made it a perfect workstation too which you couldn't do with this one.
I am starting a small business and need this for invoices, packing slips, and other daily use. I have limited printer knowledge so I don't understand the pruce difference and what this has that the M29 doesn't but I am absolutely happy with the swap!
