Hello! Yes - so the DJI Avata - first... I'll give the negatives....:

1. So the battery life is not great - they take a while to charge to 100% and will last you about 10 mins of flying time without completely depleting the battery for the trip back to homebase.

2. The Avata is loud, the loudest drone I've had to date - it isn't that bad on the launchpad at idle, but instantly increases upon takeoff. If you are trying to be stealthy in a condensed neighborhood - just keep that in mind.

3. The Goggles are an awesome experience, although they may restrict natural nose respirations for some as they aren't very heavy - but will likely rest on the bridge of your nose.

The Good:

1. A total immersive experience and the yoke (if purchased) makes it very easy to fly, simple inputs to the yoke will result in a smooth flight - it is very responsive.

2. Easy to maneuver in tight areas where obstacles may be found, I easily flew around the inside of my house and the props are covered which helps protect from damage.

I probably would have bought another drone prior to this - it was my first one, I have had a lot of fun with it - but if you want to fly for a long time, you'll need several batteries. I would definitely recommend the fly more kit as like I said - you'll get about 10 mins flight time then have to stop for a couple hours for charge. The first person view is awesome though.
