When my brothers HP printer crapped out, I was tasked with finding a replacement. I ended up getting a Canon printer because HP now strong-arms you into a captive subscription service for ink cartridges. I hate that. Besides, my brother is retired and prints very infrequently. Getting the printer cartridges for the Canon when I need them is much more his speed, and his bank account won't be tapped for payments, and he won't be pestered by subscription service notices. So far, we've had great color rendition and good quality printing. We're very pleased with these cartridges.
