Samsung Mobile Device Not Unlocked.
Keep getting message prompt saying - "Network Lock - Enter Service Provider Unclock Code. Your Phone Isn't Allowed To Use This Sim-card"
I have T-Mobile for cellular service. When phone arrived, I contacted my T-Mobile service provider to add the Samsung phone to my service plan, in addition I purchased a new T Mobile sim card for the phone (even transferred my phone number over to the Samsung Note 10 Plus phone) to then later find out the phone is locked and not unlocked.
Phone is unusable : (
