I bought this and Grazie's fancier dipping olive oil based on the NYT Wirecutter review of olive oils - it was the top oil. While fairly floral and unique at the start, unfortunately for us it has a bit of a bitter finish that we don't like, as does the dipping oil. Perhaps some will find it "peppery," but I found it to be a bit of marketing ploy simply based on its unusual flavor. We'll use it up in cooking stuff.
