I shouldn’t had bought a renewed one. It doesn’t produce steam and takes quite a while for the moisture to even come through the pad. My first one was a new product and I can tell a major difference. Regretting my purchase. I have a AirBnb cleaning business and need this product to use daily in multiple homes.
