I have not had to use the protection, but what I like about this product is it is very affordable without all the long drawn out legalese that makes your eyes tired trying to read it. The terms are simple, in large letters, quick to read, and to the point. The terms you receive after purchase are what are listed on Amazon.com. It appears people are getting precisely the simple terms they read on Amazon before purchase. This is very good.
