Ordered a 10x10 and I got a 12x12 with No Canopy and No Wheels

I am not able to use it because it didn't come with a canopy and 4 wheels, I basically can't use it. I know that I bought it in 2021 so I can't return it, I just didn't expect not to be able to use it today once I finally did want to use it. I can tell it's a really heavy duty base so I was impressed with the base part only. Until I get a canopy and wheels, this is just going to be a waste of purchase because I can't use it.
