The Air 3 Kit comes complete EXCEPT for a high capacity charger. This unit satisfies that requirement. Easily charges single batteries in the Air 3, the 3-battery charge holder and/or the controller. I found the charging time to be fast (relative to my typical mobile phone chargers.). Worth the added expense.
