I ordered this for hubby for Christmas. When he turned it on didn't want to work right. For some reason it was stuck in demo mode or something like that so I messaged the seller and they were very nice and helpful. They asked me to send it back for free and they would send me another one. And that's what happened. I got another one in about a week and it works perfect! Hubby loves it
