Just after the return window slammed shut, my refurbished unit started dropping signals and connections randomly. The light would be blue, working fine, then turn red and shut down phones, pads, TV’s, security cameras, everything. I was plugging and unplugging the power supply every morning, and several times a day, while hardwired items kept going - my feed was fast and fine. Eero phone help, who are outstandingly nice and patient, couldn’t explain this behavior, but I have to think this refurbished item was probably returned by someone for some reason, worked OK in a brief bench test, and went back out the door. I ended up buying the same model new in a factory box, and it was fairly easy to set up and works perfectly.
