I was hoping this carpet cleaner would have the same quality as my Shark vacuum cleaner (I have 2 of them & love them both). However, I was not impressed and returned it. I had problems trying to get the different parts of the cleaner “clicked” back in to their positions several times, especially the bottom part that covers the brush roll. It would pop off while i was using it. I also had issues with the cleaner leaving marks on the carpeting, right at the end of a cleaning stroke. It would often make straight line type of marks, especially against surfaces like the wall, where it couldn’t get close enough to the wall to extract and clean the carpet. (See photos.) It didn’t do a thorough job in cleaning either. As other reviewers have noted, the cleaning solution tank and dirty water tank are very small. It required too many trips to dump and refill for even small areas. I’m going back to a prior carpet cleaner manufacturer that I’ve had better results with in the past and hoping it will do a better job than this unit. Definitely not worth the money.
