Let's be clear. This is way more tablet than most people need. For certain applications however, it's fantastic. I bought this primarily for creating digital art and using as an extra computer monitor. It does both very well.
I use Krita for my digital art, and this tablet has no problem running the Android version of Krita. The screen looks gorgeous and responds well to the S Pen. It doesn't do a great job of ignoring skin contact when using the S Pen, so I do wear an art glove.
When I'm working at my desk, however, I don't run Krita on the tablet. I run Krita on my Windows computer, and connect the tablet as a third monitor, using it for S Pen input. Having it as a third monitor is also useful when I'm doing other work like coding that benefits from more screen space.
I haven't had any issues with the refurbished status of this item. In every way it appears to be brand new.
