It arrived without any damage. It is very well packaged! All the parts were there, including every single screw, washer, clips, etc.. Like many others here, it took me about 3 hours to assemble (given breaks & distractions). Instructions are not that intuitive and takes a bit of time to get used to the way they show the various features! Once I figured that out, everything goes together well and quite snug. Once assembled it feels quite rugged and can be moved around easily. Features like the tank gage is really nice. Ignition works very well. Heat distribution is excellent and it heats up to 500F in less that 15 minutes from a cold start with the lid closed. Once heated, opening and closing the lid drops the temperature down to about 300-350F depending how quickly I closed it again but it comes up to temperature again very quickly. Very happy with the purchase. Delivery was excellent also. I managed to catch the delivery guys who carried and put it down for me inside my garage.
