I previously bought one 2 years ago and it worked great. I absolutely loved it. It was new and I used a waterproof case on it, dropped in the lake for a full day and found it with absolutely no damage. Worked great for another 20 months. Until if fell in water without a case. I had it refurbished and it just doesn't feel the same so I bought a new one ... This"new" one pictured on the review. It felt a little weird from the beginning. The camera wasn't as sharp as my original one was but I kept it cuz it was the last one I found the day I purchased it. I thought of returning it but decided to just keep it . Moving forward to the past few weeks (almost 3 months after buying it) my phone was constantly overheating. Didn't have to give it major use for it to overheat. YouTube would constantly glitch... Like the screen image would divide into two and completely glitch. I would get off YouTube or any audio video and the audio would continue to play in the background. Sometimes I had to restart my phone just to get that audio to shut off completely. Last night my screen just gave out on me without a warning. Im so disappointed. I paid full price for a "new" phone and I really think it was advertised as new but the phone was refurbished.I DID NOT WANT A REFURBISHED PHONE😠I paid so much specifically to NOT end up with a refurbished cell... Just be careful when you purchase yours.
