It got it to work. It's all about where you place this hub.
The 2.5ghz range sucks. It's the sort of connection that's "better than nothing". You want to have your gadgets connect to the 5ghz antenae. That's where the magic happens. My back room office was only connecting to the 2.5ghz range. Download speed was limited to 7 - 20 mps.
I got a 100foot Cat6 network cable. Moved the Eero dead center as possible in the house. Now I get full overage from the 5ghz antenae and it is GREAT!
Now I get 300+mbs down and 154mbs up.
Get the network cable and put this dead center and high if you can.
I'm even getting the 5ghz coverage in my backyard on the far side of the swimming pool.
TECH SUPPORT SUCKS if you get the foreign center. Call during daylight US hours for better tech support.

MY last review has vanished. So I will try to make this one as honest and memorable as the first.
This is some HOT GARBAGE.
Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't.
When I connect devices, they don't stay connected. When I move around the house, the hub doesn't switch me automatically to the closest hub.
I called tech support. NO HELP WHAT SO EVER!!! I mean, they don't have a clue as to how this device integrates with Alexa dot with EERO built in.
PASS ON THIS ONE and find one better.
This isn't the droid you're looking for.
