Best value - buy this one, not the one with the stainless cabinet!

If you preheat properly, you'll do well every time. The 3-burner doesn't have that much more grill space; this is plenty for up to four people. Take your time assembling; time consuming but pretty simple. Should last a good long time, don't buy the model with the stainless cabinet as they tend to rust within a few years. My last Weber lasted 27 years (!!) so I expect to get plenty of use out of this one.
