Update: I have removed my 2 star rating and given them a 4. I did have to call to to get things moving forward however. Customer service was very polite and helpful. I recieved gift card about two hours after talking to them. They did not receive 5 stars because the on line submit was frustrating. I kept sending the only Amazon receipt I had for plan. An email from Asurion. Until I talked to someone they were not happy with those. It's straightened out and I'm thrilled. Thank customer service at Asurion.
I bought a phone and protection plan for my sister through Amazon. I have been asked three times to provide the same info. I understand the necessity of receipts. However the protection receipt came from Asurion via email! You have my info. Why am I sending you the info back?! She dropped her phone. Her screen is broke. Why do you need a shot of the back too? This whole process is getting pretty stupid.
