Never bought a used Phone from Amazon, but I needed one asap for work.
Aside from the driver TOSSING my package to my door from 10 feet away.... the phone is perfect.
I ordered an "excellent condition" Galaxy S21 Ultra. There are ZERO defects of any kind. No scratches, no Knicks, no wear on the corners. Not even the slightest tiniest little scratch on the screen. This phone legit looks like it was never used.
Just a side note, I'm coming from am S20+ that has SD card slot. All galaxies after S20 DO NOT HAVE SD CARD SLOTS. So get the memory size you think you'll need. I had a 128gb in my S20 and was almost full, but that was 4 years of use with no factory resets.
I would definitely buy again and recommend to anyone that needs a used Phone.
