Screen Flickers when display port and HDMI connected

Great picture very bright and clear, only problem I had was using 2 inputs, HDMI and display port (should have 2 HDMI ports) sometime the background would flicker and screen would black out for a second, tried multiple HDMI and display port cables, real hated to return super clear picture, but it's because of the image issues flickering, on a side note it will take 30 days to get a refund and with may past experience you have to call CS to get the refund completed. not sure why amazon has started this procedure.
