I've only used the tent twice and the first time, it worked perfectly. The second time, I went to take it down, with assistance, and one of the cross bars broke. It's usable, but I have to put the two affected bars back in the socket after it's up and then be careful not to bend them when putting it back in the bag. We weren't forcing anything - we literally picked it up at the 4 corners and started taking it down and the bar fell out of the socket so I'm not sure how it was damaged (whether it was us taking it down or what), but I do feel that the tent should be more durable.
