Device's camera fogged up after the first heavy rain. Since then the motion sensing never worked correctly. If left on camera would turn on for non events randomly but never if I walked directly in front of it an did jumping jacks. I eventually got around to calling support. I called > 10 days after the 1 year purchase date. All they would offer me was a discount code on purchasing a new one even though they can see the device hasn't sensed motion in months. Price has increased $54 since I last purchased with my discount code I'm essentially paying the same price as I did a year ago. Install was easy. Device is garbage and they won't stand behind it.
