While the phone looked new, it is certainly not behaving like a new phone. It's impossible to hear callers unless you switch to speakerphone, there are two bleed spots on the screen at the base of the phone and sometimes the phone freezes (but this is when in car and connected to android auto). Also, please note that this phone can only take one physical sim and an eSim. It cannot take two physical sims.
