I will never buy another refurbished phone again! The keyboard either doesn't recognize that I've typed certain letters or is adding extra letters/spaces in place of what I actually am trying to type or it's going into swipe mode in the middle of my typing. Super annoying. And it overheats if it's plugged into the charger and you are using multi screen function. And on top of that the fingerprint biometrics is faulty. It let me add a fingerprint once, then kept saying it didn't recognize it, so I tried deleting and adding again and now it doesn't accept my fingerprint. It only let's me scan a portion of it, then keeps saying I have to press down fully to get the rest of the scan, which I'm doing, but still nothing. I also can't get the screenshot hand swipe gesture function to work and the volume isn't as loud ad my Note 9. In addition, it just started doing some weird thing where when I plug it into the charger it came with, it keeps making that just connected noise every few seconds while it's plugged in. I don't recommend buying this phone at all. In summary, you get what you paid for.
