I bought this phone in May 2022 and in September 2022 'safe mode' came on. Nothing I did turned it off. I restarted the phone and even factory reset the phone nothing worked. Whenever I hit 'turn off safe mode' the phone restarts with safe mode still on. I cant get a refund or replacement from AMAZON because the return date has passed. I've reached out to the vendor but I'm not sure what's happening in that area. Also, the down button on the phone does not work at all. Whenever I click the down button once, the volume goes all the way down and at times the volume readjusts itself without me doing anything. I've had the phone for less than 6 months which seems to be a faulty phone, what is going to happen; am I going to lose my money and phone?? Can someone please tell me what to do, thank you
